Our involvement does not end at practical completion. We provide structured aftercare and post-construction support to help ensure your finished project continues to perform as intended.

At MK Premier Developments, we believe a professional handover is just as important as the build itself. Once construction is complete, we remain available to address outstanding items, coordinate defect rectification where required and provide support during the post-completion period.
Our aftercare service includes final inspections, snagging, defect management, minor remedial works, handover documentation and coordination with relevant trades or specialist contractors.
Where appropriate, we also support clients with maintenance guidance and the close-out of any remaining project items.

We take a proactive approach to post-construction support, helping to ensure that any issues identified after handover are managed clearly, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

SNAGGING & FINAL INSPECTIONS
We carry out final checks and coordinate snagging items to help ensure the completed project meets the agreed standard before and after handover.​

Where post-completion issues arise, we coordinate the relevant trades and remedial works to help resolve defects efficiently and professionally.
HANDOVER & DOCUMENTATION
We support the final handover process with relevant project information, documentation and guidance to help clients understand and manage their completed property.
ONGOING CLIENT SUPPORT
Our team remains available after completion to provide clear communication, respond to queries and support the smooth transition into the finished space.
