Structural Roof Reinstatement - Solar PV Roof Tiles

This project involved the careful structural reinstatement of a roof following the removal and replacement of all fire damaged rafters, battening, membrane , insulation and Velux Roof windows beneath an integrated Solar PV roof tile system.
Our team carried out the necessary structural roof repairs before professionally preparing the roof for the reinstallation of the Solar PV tiles, ensuring the roof’s integrity, performance and long-term durability were maintained throughout.

Kitchen Renovation & Extension

This full kitchen refurbishment and extension involved a complete strip-out of the existing space, with a brand-new kitchen fitted, featuring bespoke luxurious marble countertops and elegant marble floor tiling. The project also included the installation of two Velux Roof skylights to flood the space with natural light, detailed decorating throughout, and the creation of an open-plan rear extension to enhance both style and functionality.

Lounge Refurbishment & Front Facades

As part of the wider building redevelopment at this property, the front lounge underwent a full strip-out and comprehensive refurbishment. Works included the installation of a new engineered Trunk flooring system laid over a fully commissioned underfloor heating setup, ensuring uniform thermal performance across the space.

Existing fenestration was replaced with bespoke timber casement windows complete with integrated shutters, enhancing both energy efficiency and aesthetic continuity with the property’s period detailing.

A new feature wall was constructed to accommodate a false stone fireplace installation, incorporating appropriate structural supports, flue provision, and heat-resistant finishes.

A central chandelier was installed with associated ceiling reinforcement, wiring, and dimmable lighting controls integrated into the electrical package.

The space was fully redecorated with high-quality finishes, including plaster skim, priming, and final coat systems to all surfaces.

A Fresh Take: Ground Floor Toilet Renovation

This ground floor toilet refurbishment included elegant tiling above the sink and luxurious granite tiling for the toilet floor, enhancing the room’s style and durability. The project also featured detailed decorating, clean finishing touches on high-end sanitary ware units, and custom joinery for the cupboard below the sink, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
