Scope Of Works:

This project came to MK Premier via recommendation from a previous client, having executed excellent work. 

​

The initial plan was to excavate all unusable soil and substructure to allow for appropriate levelling and re-surfacing of substructure. Investigation of the support networks in place on the surrounding fencing (non-client owned) to allow for potential variations. Our client requested removal of an entire tree stump in the ground, ground spike replacement, the laying of Anthracite Porcelain tiles, to create two separate levels to the garden space, implementing a flower bed wall down the left hand side of the landscape to provide our clients the opportunity to bring future life into their garden space.

As a 100m2 space of a peculiar shape we utilised every aspect of innovation to give the space its full potential. Completing this project in 5 Days & delivering the desired space 1 week ahead of schedule.

 

Our Turnkey Process consisted of:

• Proposal issued within 4 Working Days of walkthrough & inspection 

• Procurement of all materials (including Porcelain Tiles, Paving Slabs, Sharp Sand, Mortar, Grout & Site Hoarding)

• Allocation and full management of Labour 

• Works Schedule Issuance 

• Post Works Client Walk through & contract sign-off

• 3 Year Warranty Issued on all works conducted by MK Premier
